Thaniel!! I was ecstatic when this book came out. He is such an incredible character throughout the series and i loved him from the start. For him to have his own story told was amazing and much needed. I was so heart broken to see that he had such a horrible childhood. He deserved better. I don't like putting spoilers in my reviews but... omg the crazy twists that occur blew my mind! Quite a few times i wished i could reach into the book and ring a few necks! grrrrr, After all was said and done, wow. I'm glad he got the closure he needed as far as his life goes in the past and plus the beauty of his future. Which of course came with a little twist of its own. Amazing series and i just love the author! I hope she decides to write more books for the characters.
While reading this series, you feel like your right there with them. Thaniel has been going back and reliving his past. It's been really exciting to watch Thaniel come into being his full Wereleopard and wanting to find his mate. He is also reunited with someone very special that helped him in time of need. The family is what they have all come to be, now know love and how special people are in their lives. Their are so many exciting things happening if I wrote more I would give it away. Sheri I can't wait to read the next one, you go girl your a fantastic writer. I haven't been able to put down my reader, excited to see what's happening next.

This story is the most emotional one yet in the Dracones Series.
This is Thaniel, the were-leopard, story. And OMG is it freaking great.
Thaniel has held a special place in my heart since Jax and them rescued him. I mean who could do that to a person, let alone what all his mom did to him, shivers...
But the story is also about finding forgiveness and acceptance, it's about the truest form of friendship and finally finding love.
If you've been reading the series you are gonna need some tissues, lol. Great action plays out also.
Be prepared to meet even more new characters and surprises.

Pain, sorrow, intense, intriguing, alluring, captivating. . . . Emotional ride from start to finish. You get so much with the story of Thaniel.
Thaniel has had a life that one could not imagine on their worst day. He has survived so much and consumed so much more with the way that his life has progressed to. We have had a peek at Thaniel now we get to so much more of him and his story. What drives him, moves him, consumes him.
I believe that if you read these books out of series order you would be missing something that makes the building blocks to this story so impactful with each new read and addition to the series. Marean shows the growth of the world she created and the characters that have captivated out minds, hearts, and souls. This read gives you so love, romance, friendship, alliances, complications, twist & turns. This was a recap and a continuation. We see things from Thaniel POV for some of the previous books.
I just found more that have me wanting to continue forward with this series.
O.M.G !! Thaniel is the first book in thecrossover between the Dracones and the Were-Leopards and it rocks !! All of your favorite characters are there, it's Christmas time and as usual all heck is breaking lose !! And you will never believe who his mate is .... or is that are !! <evil grin> !! There are more "oh my gosh" moments in this book than should be allowed. While several cliffhangers from the previous Dracones books are answered, a few still are left up in the air, as well as what will happen next to the dragons, wolves, werecats and a few new species that pop up. Do not miss this book !! To me it is the best of the Dracones/Wereanimal books so far . 5⭐'s and I ended up reading this book in one sitting ( and it's a very long book, but I couldn't put it down !! Everytime I tried, i picked it right back up, that's how good the OMG moments are !! Sheri-Lynn Matean should be on your list of 1-click authors, she's on mine !!
